Neu Marx is a clearly defined urban quarter. We interpret the area as a mosaic of places of spiritual and substantive work, living, leisure, recreation and culture. By adding special pieces of the mosaic, a unique interior space can be developed: the SUPERCAMPUS. Neu Marx is the focus of the future economy of Vienna. The SUPERCAMPUS is at the same time close to the city center and optimally connected to the logistic center and the national transport hubs (airport and main train station). The area is surrounded by the PASSEPARTOUT - a green frame consisting of a sequence of very different open spaces. It makes the traffic areas part of an attractive network of open spaces tailored to the needs of pedestrians and cyclists. All movement areas in the SUPERCAMPUS are designed as shared spaces.

Neu Marx ist ein klar definiertes städtisches Quartier. Wir interpretieren das Gebiet als Mosaik aus Orten geistiger und materieller Arbeit, Wohnen, Freizeit, Erholung und Kultur. Indem spezielle Mosaiksteine hinzugefügt werden, kann sich ein einzigartiger Binnenraum entwickeln: der SUPERCAMPUS. Neu Marx ist Brennpunkt der zukünftigen Ökonomie Wiens. Der SUPERCAMPUS ist zugleich zentrumsnah und mit den Logistikzentren und den überregionalen Verkehrsknoten (Flughafen und Hauptbahnhof) optimal verbunden.Das Areal ist umgeben vom PASSEPARTOUT - ein durchgrünter Rahmen, der aus einer Abfolge ganz unterschiedlicher Freiräume besteht. Es macht die Verkehrsräume zum Bestandteil eines attraktiven, auf die Bedürfnisse von Fußgängerinnen und Radfahrerinnen zugeschnittenen Freiraumnetzes. Alle Bewegungsräume im SUPERCAMPUS sind als Shared Spaces konzipiert.
